Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Items:
DeckBagZ offers a simple and fair return policy. In the extremely rare event that you should receive a damaged or defective item, simply contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item. At that time we can issue a Return Authorization number to you, which must be written clearly on the package that you are returning to us. (We DO NOT accept packages without Return Authorization numbers)
Returns require buyer to pay shipping and ship via US Postal Service, and must be shipped to us with all original parts and packaging included within 5 days of Return Authorization. Upon receipt and inspection of returned item, we will send an identical replacement item, and refund your shipping cost.

Exchanges:
Please contact us by email within 3 days of receipt of item, notifying us of your desire to exchange a product. At that time we can issue a Return Authorization number to you, which must be written clearly on the package that you are returning to us. (We DO NOT accept packages without Return Authorization numbers)
Exchanges require buyer to pay shipping for returned item, and ship via US Postal Service, and must be shipped to us with all original parts and packaging, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Upon receipt and inspection of exchange item, we will ship the replacement item at no additional charge.

Refunds:
If you are not happy and simply want to return your purchased item, please contact us by email within 3 days of receipt of item, notifying us of your request for refund. At that time we can issue a Return Authorization number to you, which must be written clearly on the package that you are returning to us. (We DO NOT accept packages without Return Authorization numbers)
Refunds require buyer to pay shipping for returned item, and ship via US Postal Service, and must be shipped to us with all original parts and packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of returned item, we will refund your item's original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee.

For International Customers and Outside of the Continental US:
Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds are not available to customers outside of the continental U.S. due to excessive shipping charges and possible shipping complications. Please be sure you want to purchase the item you are considering, and we will ensure that your item will arrive to you undamaged.
